We understand that with Diabetes, feet require that extra care.

Effective management can greatly reduce the risks that diabetes has on your feet and give you the best outcomes and quality of life.

We undertake neurological and vascular assessments as part of the Diabetic Foot Assessment and provide education and advice on how best to care for your feet with regard to the level that your feet are currently affected.

A doppler vascular assessment is included and a copy of your results are sent back to your referring GP.

We provide timely appointments, usually within 3 working days of contacting us. We also allow for next day, emergency appointments.
 
Foot Evolution also adheres to Medicare standards. We are compliant with Medicare referral reporting and provide feedback for anything that may need further investigation.
